Ingredients:

For the chocolates:

• 1/3 of cup of vegetable oil
• 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons of honey

• 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt (you can substitute for natural yogurt)
• 1/2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

• Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Prepare six standard muffin cups for baking, using wax paper or oil with cooking spray. Save them for later.

• In a medium bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add the vegetable oil, apple sauce, egg and honey and mix gently to combine all the ingredients. Fill with equal amount of the mixture in each of the six molds that you had prepared and bake until you can insert a knife in the center and it comes out clean, which will take between 10 and 15 minutes. If you see that they are still wet after 15 minutes, leave them another five minutes. Allow all chocolates to cool before topping and serving.
